• Perform rigging activities to safely move, lift, and position equipment and materials
• Inspect rigging equipment including slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and hardware
• Determine proper rigging methods based on load weight, shape, and center of gravity
• Assist crane operators and signal persons during lifts
• Secure loads and guide materials into position
• Follow lift plans, job specifications, and safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Other assigned rigging duties as required

• Prior rigging experience in commercial, industrial, or heavy construction environments
• Knowledge of rigging practices, load calculations, and lift safety
• Ability to read and understand lift plans or job drawings
• Familiarity with hand signals and communication protocols
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working at heights
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
• Required PPE: hard hat, gloves, safety boots, etc.
