TradeWorX is hiring Structural Welders/Fabricators for a full-time opportunity in the Mars, PA area. Job Duties:
Fit and fabricate structural steel components.
Perform structural welding on carbon steel using multiple welding processes.
Read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
Cut, shape, and prepare materials using fabrication tools and equipment.
Operate grinders, saws, drill presses, lathes, and other shop machinery.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
Previous structural steel fabrication experience or related trade school training.
Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and isometric drawings.
Experience operating fabrication tools and shop equipment.
Pass a hands-on welding test.
Reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in structural steel fabrication and welding.
Produces accurate, quality work with minimal supervision.
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
Comfortable working in a fabrication shop environment.
Safety-focused and team-oriented.
