We are hiring Structural Fitters/Fabricators to support shop-based steel fabrication work. This role involves cutting, fitting, and assembling carbon steel components using multiple welding processes. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and work both independently and within a team environment.

Pay & Schedule
$20–$23/hour starting rate
Pay negotiable after 30 days based on performance
Overtime may be available
Scope of Work
Perform structural welding on carbon steel using multiple processes
Cut and shape metal using hand tools and power equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings
Fit and assemble fabricated metal components to specification
Operate shop equipment including grinders, lathes, saws, and drill presses
Requirements
Must pass a welding test
Prior schooling or proven experience in fabrication
Ability to read blueprints and understand symbols
Experience with fabrication tools and machinery
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite
