Location: Springdale, PA Pay: $18.00 –$21.00 per hour (based on experience and interview)

Job Description:
The Fabrication Technician is responsible for operating fabrication equipment—including band saws, ironworkers, shears, drill presses, and brake presses—to produce precise metal and non-metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate saws, drill presses, brake presses, and related fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a safety-minded approach at all times, following company safety policies and procedures
Follow blueprints, cut lists, and established processes to ensure accuracy and quality
Inspect completed parts and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas and perform light machine maintenance (e.G., oiling, cleaning)
Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow
Assist other departments as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and angle finders
Strong math skills, including fractions and angles
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Forklift experience preferred (training provided if necessary)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday –Friday (overtime available as needed)
