Job Descriptions / Shifts / Pay:
General Laborer ($16 - $17 per hr):
Assist operators in machine set up and operation of stations
Responsible for material handling raw materials and finished products
Working in a team environment to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Use tape measure and calipers to ensure accuracy.
Supply production team with necessary products to complete work orders.
Follow Safety Protocol
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Metal Grinder ($17 - $18 per hr):
operate precision grinding machines to ensure springs are flattened and straightened to specifications.
Making set up adjustments as needed on machine
Grinding products to remove imperfections and to match product specifications.
Conduct quality inspections of completed products.
Perform routine maintenance to workstation as needed.
Follow Safety Protocol
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with Nimsco, Schenker, Besly machinery is a plus.
