We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a fast-paced manufacturing facility. 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM
Job Duties
Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Coordinate repairs, spare parts inventory, and outside vendors.
Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
Maintain maintenance records, KPIs, and OSHA compliance.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required;technical education preferred.
3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience with PLCs, automated equipment, and preventive maintenance.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM.
Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional travel to Canada.
Ability to pass a background check.
