TradeWorX is hiring Machine Operators for an established manufacturing employer in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. These full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offer long-term stability, competitive pay, and advancement potential. Openings are available for both Slitting Machine Operators and Coating Machine Operators.

$17.00–$20.00 per hour based on position, shift, and experience
Monthly Attendance Bonus
$500 Temp-to-Hire Conversion Bonus
$250 Retention Bonus for eligible full-time employees
$1.00/hour Production Bonus for every 1% efficiency above 95%
Overtime available as needed
Schedule:
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Day Shift: 5: 45 AM –6: 00 PM
Night Shift: 5: 30 PM –6: 15 AM
Job Duties:
Operate and monitor production machinery.
Load, unload, stage, and transfer production materials.
Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
Coating Machine Operators must complete a Hazmat physical, respirator fit test, and wear a respirator as required.
