Pay: $18.00 –$20.00 per hour (based on position, shift, and experience)

  • Slitting Machine Operator
  • Coating Machine Operator

Position Details:
Slitting Machine Operator
$18.00/hr (Night Shift)
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Night Shift: 5: 45 PM –6: 00 AM
Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload materials into slitting machine
  • Operate and monitor machine functions
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor machine adjustments
  • Inspect finished product for quality and precision
  • Maintain safety and efficiency in all work processes

Coating Machine Operator
Pay: $19.00/hr (Training on Day Shift) →$20.00/hr (Night Shift)
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Night Shift: 5: 30 PM –6: 15 AM
Responsibilities:
  • Mix, transfer, and stage materials for production
  • Operate and monitor coating line machinery
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation
  • Ensure product quality meets company standards
  • Wear a respirator for designated portions of the shift (required)

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to and from worksite
  • Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
  • Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and reliability
  • Coating Operators: Must complete a Hazmat physical and respirator fit test

Shift Structure:
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Two days on, two off, three on —rotating weekly)
  • Night Shifts Available
