Slitting Machine Operator
Coating Machine Operator

Troubleshoot and perform minor machine adjustments
Inspect finished product for quality and precision
Maintain safety and efficiency in all work processes
Coating Machine Operator Pay: $19.00/hr (Training on Day Shift) →$20.00/hr (Night Shift) Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Night Shift: 5: 30 PM –6: 15 AM
Responsibilities:
Mix, transfer, and stage materials for production
Operate and monitor coating line machinery
Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Wear a respirator for designated portions of the shift (required)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from worksite
Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and reliability
Coating Operators: Must complete a Hazmat physical and respirator fit test
Shift Structure:
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Two days on, two off, three on —rotating weekly)
Day and Night Shifts Available
