TradeWorX is hiring a Local Painter / Laborer for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. This is an entry-level role for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a shop environment handling painting, material prep, and general labor duties. Key Duties
Prime paint structural shapes including beams, tubes, channel, angle, pipe, and plate
Operate handheld tools including grinders, drills, and saws
Operate overhead cranes
Load flatbed trailers
Support general shop labor tasks as assigned
Requirements
Entry-level candidates considered
Ability to work safely in a shop environment
Experience with industrial painting or shop labor is helpful
Ability to use handheld tools safely and effectively
Ability to assist with material handling and trailer loading
Work Environment
Shop-based position
Must be able to handle physical work throughout the shift
Must be dependable and ready to work long term
