TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter in New Berlin, PA for a multifamily construction project paying $35.00–$40.00/hour based on experience and interview. This role will support the onsite Project Manager with daily field needs, plan review, carpentry coordination, and hands-on project execution. The selected candidate is needed for the duration of the job.

Monday–Friday schedule
Typically 40–50 hours per week depending on project phase

Responsibilities
Assist the onsite Project Manager with daily field operations
Review plans and identify jobsite needs
Support rough and finish carpentry activities
Help coordinate site progress, materials, and manpower needs
Monitor quality and address field issues as they arise
Perform carpentry tasks based on the active phase of the project
Requirements
Multifamily construction experience preferred
Lead carpenter, foreman, or senior carpenter experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and general carpentry practices
OSHA 10 required;OSHA 30 preferred
Reliable transportation required
