POSITION OVERVIEW
TradeWorX is hiring Millwrights for industrial equipment installation and shutdown work. Steady hours, consistent overtime, and long-term opportunity for mechanics who can work independently and keep pace on active jobsites.

Pay & Overtime
$35/hr based on experience
Consistent overtime available
Travel work may include per diem, lodging, and premium pay
Scope of Work
Install, set, and relocate industrial equipment and production lines
Rigging using chain falls, hoists, and cranes
Leveling, aligning, and precision installation of machinery
Install conveyors, pumps, bearings, and mechanical systems
Shutdown work with fast-paced schedules
What We’re Looking For
OSHA 10 and proven rigging experience
Ability to read prints and work independently
Experience with precision alignment (dial indicator or laser)
Background in shutdown or industrial install environments
Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to keep pace
