TradeWorX is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a steady, full-time 1st-shift opportunity in the McKees Rocks, PA area. We're looking for hands-on maintenance professionals who can troubleshoot problems, repair industrial machinery, and help keep plant equipment and production running safely and efficiently. Pay & Schedule:
  • Up to $28/hour based on relevant experience and schooling
  • Monday Friday
  • 1st Shift: 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM
  • Full-time schedule
  • Possible overtime based on production needs
  • Saturday overtime may be available

Job Duties:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plant machinery and equipment
  • Perform electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Perform burning and welding as required for maintenance work
  • Conduct required safety inspections and maintain a safe work area
  • Perform additional maintenance duties necessary to keep plant operations running efficiently

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Electrical machine repair and maintenance knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Burning and welding experience
  • PLC experience
  • Ability to periodically lift up to 75 pounds and safely perform work in an industrial environment

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced with machinery used in steel, manufacturing, or similar heavy industrial environments
  • Comfortable troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Familiar with lathes, milling machines, and related industrial equipment
  • Safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively with other skilled tradespeople
  • Equipped with general hand tools and practical knowledge of electrical trade tools
