TradeWorX is hiring Heavy Equipment Mechanics. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding oilfield-related mechanical systems and components. Job Duties
Perform mechanical teardown and rebuild of heavy equipment and oilfield systems
Diagnose failures using testing equipment and inspection procedures
Repair and replace hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components
Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper equipment functionality
Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to complete repairs
Responsibilities
Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild mechanical equipment according to engineering specifications and blueprints
Diagnose equipment failures using inspection methods, testing procedures, and diagnostic tools
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical control systems
Inspect engines, machines, and related systems to verify operation and identify performance issues
Install, repair, or replace components including hydraulic assemblies, mounts, guards, seals, electrical components, and structural parts
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience working on oilfield equipment (cementing, stimulation, or pressure control preferred)
Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical assemblies, and electrical control systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear needed
Ability to pass background check (county, federal, and national) and 10-panel drug screen
