TradeWorX is hiring Foundry Casters for a production-driven facility. This role involves working with molten metals, preparing molds, and ensuring quality castings in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be safety-focused and comfortable working in high-heat industrial conditions.

Pay & Schedule
$18 $21/hour (based on experience)
Monday Friday
3: 00 AM 1: 00 PM
Typically five 10-hour shifts per week
Job Duties
Pour molten metal (steel, aluminum, etc.) into molds safely
Prepare molds (sand, permanent molds, or dies)
Monitor temperature and metal flow for proper fill
Remove castings after cooling
Clean and finish cast parts
Inspect for defects such as cracks, air pockets, or incomplete fills
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift certification required
Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and layouts
Strong commitment to safety and proper PPE use
Must be able to pass a drug screen
