TradeWorX is now hiring experienced Riggers for an upcoming prevailing wage project.
This position offers a highly competitive prevailing wage pay rate, with 40–50 hours per week, and the opportunity to continue on additional TradeWorX projects.
Wage is prevailing wage and highly favorable, based upon classification and experience. Our employees are highly compensated for schooling, experience, credentials, and tenure.

Job Description:
Perform rigging activities to safely move, lift, and position equipment and materials
Inspect rigging equipment including slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and hardware
Determine proper rigging methods based on load weight, shape, and center of gravity
Assist crane operators and signal persons during lifts
Secure loads and guide materials into position
Follow lift plans, job specifications, and safety procedures
Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Other assigned rigging duties as required
Must Haves:
Prior rigging experience in commercial, industrial, or heavy construction environments
Knowledge of rigging practices, load calculations, and lift safety
Ability to read and understand lift plans or job drawings
Familiarity with hand signals and communication protocols
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working at heights
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
Required PPE: hard hat, gloves, safety boots, etc.
Schedule:
40–50 hours per week
Overtime as required by project needs
