We are seeking a driven Construction Staffing Recruiter / Sourcer to support hiring across multiple trades, project coordination, and sales roles. This position plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and placing skilled talent while partnering closely with internal teams to meet workforce demands.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
Source, screen, and qualify candidates across construction trades, project coordinators, and sales staff
Partner with internal teams to align hiring needs and workforce strategy
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Anticipate hiring challenges including fall-offs and skill gaps
Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and networking events
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (construction preferred)
Understanding of construction trades and related support roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
