TradeWorX is hiring Construction Laborers and General Labor candidates for current and upcoming work in the Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Glen Burnie, and surrounding areas. This is a strong fit for reliable candidates with construction, demolition, material handling, site cleanup, concrete, carpentry helper, or general jobsite experience.

Pay & Overtime:
$16.00–$22.00/hour based on assignment, experience, skill level, and location. Overtime may be available based on project needs.
Schedule:
Current and upcoming opportunities may include Monday–Friday schedules, day shift work, overtime, and project-based assignments.
Job Duties:
Assist trades with material handling, staging, cleanup, and jobsite support
Load, unload, move, and organize materials safely
Support demolition, site preparation, concrete, carpentry, or general construction tasks
Follow directions from foremen, leads, and skilled trades
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area
Requirements:
Construction labor, warehouse, landscaping, concrete, demolition, or hands-on work experience preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and work safely throughout the day
PPE preferred
Ability to work in the Harrisburg-area territory
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable laborer or mechanically inclined candidate ready for jobsite work
Willing to learn and support skilled trades
Strong attendance and communication
