Concrete Repair & Coatings Technician
Location: State College, PA
TradeWorX is hiring experienced Concrete Repair & Coatings Technicians for a parking garage restoration project. This role requires hands-on experience with surface prep, joint sealants, and traffic coating systems. Ideal candidates are production-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining quality across repetitive, process-based work. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX)

Up to $42/hour based on experience
40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Remove and install joint sealants, caulking, and pre-molded systems
Perform concrete crack repair, patching, and surface restoration
Grind, clean, and prepare substrates for coating systems
Apply primers, base coats, aggregate broadcast, and topcoats
Install traffic coatings and waterproofing systems on decks/ramps
Maintain OSHA-compliant, clean, and controlled work areas
Requirements
Proven experience in concrete repair, caulking, or coatings
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Able to follow detailed specs and multi-step application processes
