A growing commercial General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the DC area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a clear path into a long-term role supporting an expanding project pipeline.
This role is best suited for a hands-on field leader who can run jobsites, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.

$40.00/hr –$45.00/hr based on experience
Strong potential for permanent placement with bonus structure
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial construction projects on-site from start to finish
Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
Act as primary field authority between office, client, and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
Run daily site operations, production tracking, and progress reporting
