TradeWorX is hiring a Commercial Project Manager for a growing commercial general contractor in the Bethesda, Maryland area. This role is ideal for a PM-ready candidate who can take ownership of commercial projects from subcontractor buyout through closeout while managing client communication, coordination, cost control, and day-to-day project execution.

Target compensation equivalent to approximately $90, 000 to $120, 000 annually based on experience

What You'll Do
Manage commercial construction projects with full P&L ownership
Handle subcontractor buyout, scope leveling, and subcontractor management
Lead subcontractor meetings, coordination efforts, and client communication
Negotiate change orders and maintain strong cost tracking discipline
Oversee multiple smaller projects or one larger project with support from the estimator and superintendent
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of Assistant Project Manager experience with readiness to step into a Project Manager role
Commercial construction background in office fit-outs, retail, and small to midsize projects
Strong working knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office, drawings, and specifications
Solid constructability understanding and ability to solve field and project issues proactively
Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing environments
