TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Plumbing Commercial Estimator with a strong background in bid/spec commercial work. This role is ideal for someone who can interpret plans, develop accurate estimates, and support projects from preconstruction through bid preparation.

$75, 000 - $90, 000 annually

What You’ll Do
Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate plumbing system cost estimates
Perform take-offs, labor and material calculations, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Analyze blueprints and project specs to determine scope, design intent, and project challenges
Work with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients to align estimates with budgets and project requirements
Attend pre-construction meetings and site visits as needed to gather field conditions and estimating details
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
Strong plumbing code knowledge and understanding of commercial building systems
Bid/spec project experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents
Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office;CAD and Revit experience is a plus
