Commercial General Maintenance Technician
Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $29–$32/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7: 00 AM –3: 30 PM

We are hiring an experienced Commercial General Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across commercial properties. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability across multiple building systems and the ability to work independently.

Pay & Overtime:
$29–$32/hour based on experience
Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Overtime as required
On-call rotation for property emergencies
Scope of Work:
Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency service, and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical systems (switches, receptacles, wiring, meters, circuit tracers)
Repair plumbing systems including drains, valves, fixtures, and supply lines
Conduct life safety inspections and document findings in electronic work order system
Support building readiness and tenant requests
Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and building system support
Snow removal and operation of snow equipment as needed
Requirements:
3–5 years commercial facility maintenance experience
Intermediate to Advanced skill level across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
