TradeWorX is hiring a Commercial HVAC Estimator for a direct hire opportunity supporting design/build commercial projects. Pay & Overtime
$75, 000 –$90, 000 annually (based on experience)
Full-time, direct hire opportunity

What You’ll Do
Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate HVAC estimates
Perform take-offs, labor and material calculations, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Analyze blueprints and specs to determine scope, design intent, and project challenges
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to align estimates with budgets
Attend preconstruction meetings and site visits to assess field conditions
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC estimating experience in commercial construction
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and commercial building practices
Design/build experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents
Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office;CAD/Revit is a plus
