Construction Laborer —Commercial & Industrial
TradeWorX is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of construction experience who can work independently, support multiple trades, and maintain production pace on active jobsites. Pay & Schedule
$20/hour
Monday–Friday schedule
Typical hours: 7: 00 AM –3: 30 PM
Overtime opportunities may be available depending on project needs
Responsibilities
Supporting commercial and industrial construction projects
Material handling, site cleanup, and trade assistance
Assisting carpenters, electricians, pipefitters, millwrights, and other skilled trades
Loading/unloading materials and maintaining organized jobsites
Using basic hand and power tools safely
Working indoors and outdoors in active construction environments
Following foreman direction and maintaining safe work practices
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of construction experience
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Comfortable supporting multiple trades on active jobsites
Ability to maintain pace and reliability throughout the workday
OSHA 10 preferred but not required to start
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
