TradeWorX is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for a commercial construction project in Breinigsville, PA. Qualified candidates must have hands-on experience with concrete forming, slab placement, flatwork, and commercial-grade finishing. Experience operating walk-behind or ride-on power trowels is required.

Pay, Overtime & Schedule:
$28–$35 per hour based on verified commercial concrete experience
Top pay is reserved for independent, multi-discipline concrete finishers
Day shift
Overtime may be available based on project needs
Anticipated start during the first week of August 2026
Job Duties:
Set, brace, align, and strip commercial concrete forms
Assist with layout, grade preparation, pour setup, and concrete placement
Screed, bull float, hand float, edge, trowel, and finish concrete surfaces
Operate walk-behind and ride-on power trowels
Complete commercial slabs, pads, floors, and flatwork
Maintain production, finish quality, curing standards, and jobsite safety
Requirements:
Commercial concrete forming and finishing experience
Ability to independently screed, float, edge, trowel, and finish concrete
Demonstrated walk-behind or ride-on power-trowel experience
Understanding of concrete timing, pour sequencing, curing, and finish specifications
Necessary concrete-finishing hand tools and basic jobsite PPE
Ability to pass a required drug screen and background check
Ideal Candidate:
Produces consistent, commercial-grade slab and flatwork finishes
Can perform multiple forming and finishing tasks with limited supervision
Understands concrete set times and adjusts finishing methods to field conditions
Has reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Maintains strong safety, productivity, and quality standards
