TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Certified Welding Instructor for a shop-based structural steel fabrication environment in the Coraopolis area. This role is ideal for a highly skilled welder with strong fabrication knowledge who can guide and develop welders while maintaining quality standards and code compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Train and mentor welders in structural steel welding processes
Instruct proper fit-up, fabrication, and weld sequencing practices
Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1 structural welding standards
Guide welders through correct execution of fillet, groove, and multi-pass welds
Support quality control and weld inspection processes from start to finish
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1 Structural Steel welding standards
Experience with FCAW structural welding processes
Hands-on experience with fillet welds, groove welds, and multi-pass welding
Structural steel fit-up and shop fabrication experience
Understanding of weld inspection and quality verification procedures
