We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator with experience programming and operating CNC lathes and mills. The ideal candidate is comfortable programming in Mastercam, performing setups, running production, and maintaining tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities
Operate Mazak CNC lathe and mill
Program 2D and 3D parts using Mastercam
Perform machining and drilling operations
Operate Quickmill drill
Operate Haas CNC lathe
Set up jobs, adjust offsets, and ensure quality standards are met
Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Verify tolerances using precision measuring tools
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Overtime as needed
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years CNC machining experience
Experience programming in Mastercam (2D & 3D)
Experience operating Mazak and Haas equipment preferred
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience with machine setup and offsets
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Must pass background and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
