TradeWorX is seeking CNC Milling Machinists to join a precision manufacturing facility in Saxonburg, PA. Multiple openings are available across both horizontal and vertical CNC milling departments, with pay ranging from $19–$29/hour plus a 10% off-shift differential. Whether you're beginning to take on your own setups or you're an experienced machinist capable of handling setups, programming, and troubleshooting independently, there is an opportunity based on your skill level.
Pay & Schedule
$19–$29/hour, based on experience and skill level
10% off-shift differential
2nd Shift: 2: 00 PM–12: 00 AM
3rd Shift: 12: 00 AM–9: 00 AM
4-day, 10-hour shift schedule

Job Duties
Set up and operate horizontal or vertical CNC mills
Read blueprints and machining specifications
Select and adjust tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds
Perform dimensional and in-process quality inspections
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, finish, and tolerance issues
Perform machine changeovers and routine maintenance
Programming and program adjustments based on experience level
Experience & Pay Levels
$19–$23: CNC machining experience with an understanding of setups and some hands-on setup experience
$23–$26: Able to independently perform CNC mill setups and make necessary tooling and offset adjustments
$26–$29: Independent setup and programming capability with strong troubleshooting skills
Requirements
Previous CNC machining experience
CNC milling experience preferred
Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
Understanding of machining tolerances
Must be comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
Must pass a background check and drug screen
