We are hiring CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing facility in Saxonburg, PA. This is a 600-hour temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential and a competitive benefit package upon full-time conversion.
Pay & Conversion Details
$21 $25/hour depending on experience
600 regular-hour temp-to-hire period
Employee benefit package upon full-time hire
401K with 50% match up to 8%
Supplemental life and critical illness coverage available after qualification
Scope of Work
Operate CNC lathes and mills in a production environment
Load and unload parts;monitor machine cycles and production output
Perform basic tool changes and minor offsets as required
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Read blueprints and verify tolerances to maintain quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements
CNC machining experience (lathe and/or mill)
Ability to read basic blueprints
Experience using precision measuring tools
Standard machinist PPE
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation
