Extensive leadership experience within background screening, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end screening operations
Proven ability to set strategic direction and translate vision into scalable operational processes
Lead, develop, and mentor management teams to drive performance, accountability, and professional growth
Drive operational excellence through process redesign, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Deep knowledge of background screening compliance, regulations, and industry standards (e.G., FCRA, adverse action, audits)
Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Technology, Client Services, and Sales to support business objectives
Own operational KPIs, service level agreements, quality metrics, and turnaround times
Experience managing budgets, forecasting operational needs, and supporting business growth initiatives
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
