TradeWorX is hiring Millwrights, Maintenance Mechanics, and Industrial Mechanical candidates for current and upcoming work in the Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Glen Burnie, and surrounding areas. Candidates with equipment installation, conveyor work, pumps, motors, rigging, alignment, shutdown, maintenance, or industrial mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Overtime:
$25.00–$35.00/hour based on assignment, experience, skill level, and location. Overtime may be available based on project needs, shutdowns, or industrial schedules.
Schedule:
Current and upcoming opportunities may include day shift, overtime, shutdown work, plant work, and project-based assignments.
Job Duties:
Assist with or perform mechanical installation, maintenance, repair, and equipment support
Work with conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, shafts, guards, machinery, or production equipment
Support layout, rigging, alignment, teardown, installation, and troubleshooting
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and industrial equipment safely
Follow plant, facility, and jobsite safety expectations
Requirements:
Millwright, maintenance mechanic, industrial mechanical, conveyor, or equipment experience preferred
Ability to work safely around machinery and active production environments
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Basic tools and PPE preferred
Ability to work in the Harrisburg-area territory
Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable with equipment, tools, alignment, repair, or installation work
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow site requirements
