Job Requirements:
Travel to job sites daily.
Meet and discuss project with the Project Superintendent.
Review and understand project prints and spec books.
Review current work being completed.
Create / review current and look ahead schedules.
Schedule and confirm deliveries, subcontractors, and equipment. Coordinate with project superintendent.
Plan construction processes. Be able to alter the schedule and events to improve the flow of the project.
Monitor progress on projects.
Confirm project is on schedule, if not determine options to correct.
Inspect site for safety.
Maintain deadlines.
Collaborate with owner and project managers.
Maintain and enhance client relations.
Coordinate work on site with the project Superintendent.
Review construction to ensure standards are met.
Quality assurance and quality control of delivered materials and equipment.
Review job costings and budgets to ensure projects are at or below projected.
Attend project meetings.
Conflict resolution.
Work with the project manager to generate pay applications.
Work with project managers and project superintendents for closeouts.
