Job description:
Dyeing machine operators monitor the dyeing process and conduct regular quality checks.
They visually inspect dyed materials for color consistency, evenness, and defects.
Operators load material into the dyeing machine, ensuring proper positioning and securing to prevent damage during dyeing.
After the dyeing cycle is complete, they unload the dyed materials and transfer them to subsequent processing stages.
Dyeing machine operators operate and control dyeing machinery, such as dyeing vats, dyeing cabinets, or dyeing ranges.
They set and adjust machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, dye concentration, and time, to achieve the desired dyeing results.
Before the dyeing process, operators prepare dye solutions by measuring and mixing the appropriate dyes, chemicals, and additives according to provided recipes or dye formulations.
Accurate measurements and adherence to required dyeing procedures are essential.
Must haves:
Previous warehouse experience
Ability to pass a 10panel drug screen and criminal background check.
Reliable transportation to and from job site.
Ability to perform general physical activates common to the warehouse environment.
