Now hiring an Industrial Shift Supervisor Full-time in Pittsburgh, PA
Wage is $30 - $35 an hour based on experience and is negotiable.
Shift: Monday Friday 2: 30pm 11: 00pm. OT hours are frequent and may go as late as 3: 00am. ( Training during introductory period will be during day/split shift)

Qualifications:
5 years of supervisory experience working in a heavy industrial environment, preferably working with steel products.
Forklift and overhead crane experience are a must.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer applications.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse staff
Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
Monitoring warehouse staff to ensure safety procedures are being followed
Performing administrative tasks including managing staff attendance and discipline, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed, as well as distributing daily production reports and other reporting to upper management as necessary.
