Job Descriptions:
Powder Coating (1st shift): Preparing and applying dry powder to metal products. Preparing parts by sanding, cleaning and priming parts. Spraying powder onto parts, adjusting sprayer valves and nozzles when needed. Quality checks by inspecting parts for defects and monitoring the quality of the coat. Loading and unloading parts on to lines and pallets. Moving parts into and out of ovens to cure the powder coating.
Assembly (1st shift): Deprepping product after powder coating. Assemble parts and components of the product. Prepare product for final assembly. Prepare product for shipping.
Saw Operator (1st shift): Set up the saw machine and install blades. Adjust cutting speeds for material ranging from Aluminum to Stainless Steel. Hold cut tolerances to 1/- 1/16”and smaller. Use tape measure and calipers to ensure accuracy. This person must have basic computer and calculator skills. Understand blueprints including geometric, dimensioning and tolerancing. Maintain all paperwork pertaining to required job. This person must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Saw operator position offers the opportunity to become a machinist apprentice.
Pemming (1st and 2nd shift available): This person must be able to read blue prints, position the placement of the hardware, press the pedal of the PEM machine, lift up to 50 lbs. And work with co-workers in kitting of cabinets.
Debur (1st and 2nd shift available): Use hand tools such as dyna-file, belt sanders, and cordless drills to smooth edges and tabs of various sheet metal.
Break out (1st and 2nd shift available): This person must be able to lift 50 lbs. By themselves and is able to swing a mallet for long periods of time, and sort, organize and count parts.
Must Haves:
Previous manufacturing experience
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Ability to perform the general job duties of a general labor
