The primary responsibility of a Field Account Executive is to build and expand a book of business while overseeing and maintaining field operations. Field Account Executives will be trained and considered for future leadership opportunities.
Objectives of this role
  • Work closely with Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of our client's needs, and to meet competitive revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle across a variety of accounts.
  • Foster established relationships using a database of qualified accounts and networks.
  • Remain active with associations, social networks, and platforms to promote the TradeWorX, brand and business model.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target and build a working relationship companies, to demonstrate the value of the TradeWorX business model.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and networking events.
  • Understand client needs and provide workforce solutions to meet project demands.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand services.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database
  • Work closely with recruiters to source, screen, and place qualified construction workers.
  • Ensure operations meet job-specific requirements, certifications, and experience levels.
  • Communicate job details, expectations, and schedules to both clients and interoffice personnel.

Required skills and qualifications:
  • The ability and willingness to work as a part of a team with a common goal.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and workforce needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
