Job Description

Now Hiring Executive Assistant
Delmont, Pa

Wage is up to $24 / hour, temp to hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily office needs, and manage the general administrative activities of the business including:
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organize and schedule appointments, and manage calendar for the CEO
    • Assist other executives when needed
    • Maintain appropriate filing systems
    • Order office supplies
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Maintain confidentiality when necessary
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
