The primary responsibility of a Recruiter is to manage recruiting operations of one or multiple field offices. Recruiter will be trained and considered for future growth opportunities.
Objectives of this role
Work closely with Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of our hiring needs for every roles, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage your recruiting efforts across a variety of open roles, helping to find quality candidates.
Foster established relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
Responsibilities
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Utilize multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates.
Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout interview process
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
