Our client, a leading Commercial HVAC contractor in the Indianapolis area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Tenant Improvement projects. This role ensures project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met from bid to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage HVAC construction projects.
Collaborate with estimators, contractors, and field teams.
Review contracts, blueprints, and project scopes.
Oversee material procurement and scheduling.
Handle change orders, billing, and labor management.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial HVAC project management or field supervision experience.
Strong understanding of blueprints, contracts, and scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
AIA documentation experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
