Job Overview: We are seeking multiple experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendents to oversee on-site operations and ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
Schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Monitor project costs and implement cost-effective solutions.
Conduct regular site meetings to ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
Train and mentor on-site personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial construction supervisory role.
