What You'll Do:
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across trades, project management, engineering, and office support roles
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Use creative sourcing strategies to find top talent in a competitive labor market
Represent our company at job fairs, trade schools, and networking events
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and hiring dashboards
Champion employer branding initiatives to highlight our culture and career paths
What You Bring:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades
Strong understanding of job boards, social media recruiting, and workforce pipelines
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines with precision and professionalism
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of labor regulations and EEO compliance (a plus)
